I spent 10 of those years in supervisor roles, overseeing 20+ employees, making sure people felt supported, ensuring things ran smoothly, and that nothing fell through the cracks. In 2022, I discovered WordPress and realized I could take everything I learned about systems, communication and caring for people and channel it into helping other small businesses be seen without the overwhelm that comes with building an online presence.
